Operating in multi-sector, multi-disciplined and EPC environments, with considerable experience of projects from inception through to completion. Over 26 years Divisional/Management/Project Management/P&L responsibility. Experienced in multi-sector multi-discipline environments (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Nuclear, Power, Process, R&D Commercial, Industrial & Retail) in various locations (UK, Middle East, Africa, Europe & Far East).
Project Management
Managerial and commercial control of projects in the UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Far East. Project Cost/Cash flow. Full P&L responsibility. Bid preparation, proposal documentation, tendering, scheduling and planning.
Business Development
Identifying and establishing business opportunities. Providing services to identify and rectify deficiencies in systems and procedures. Inception to completion Project Management.
Operational Management
Autonomous P&L control including budget and target setting and ongoing monitoring. Cash flow forecasting and control. Forward planning and strategy formulation. Developing, implementing and monitoring QA systems throughout a multi-site group organisation.
Personnel Management
Direct and line control of multi-disciplinary design teams and personnel. Interviewing, assessing and recruitment of personnel. Implementation of effective in-house and external training provision.
